The APPG writes to Foreign Secretary William Hague to express concern about media reports that the inquiry will have a narrow focus and to underline the minimum requirements for an independent and effective inquiry.
The APPG writes to the Foreign Secretary, providing him with the legal opinion published today on an inquiry into extraordinary rendition. The opinion concludes that there are no legal barriers to immediately establishing an inquiry, should he wish to do so.
