The US Immigration and Customs Department (DHS) released one page of information to the APPG, in response to the APPG's US FOIA requests, in a letter dated 20 March 2009.
On 29 January 2009 the US Department of Homeland Security released one page of information to the APPG, in response to the Group's US Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. This is the information that was released.
The APPG made Freedom of Information requests to the CIA, Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, and the State Department. These requests, to the CIA, are identical to those submitted to the other US Departments.
